In this role, Nik’s responsible for developing and integrating a focused sales strategy to drive the integration and adoption of CBRE’s Suite of Enablement Technologies in region. Nik’s initial focus is on CBRE’s proprietary 3D technologies, Floored Build and Plans.
His role will take on new technology and products over time to further grow ‘Digital Sales’ in Asia. This appointment comes as technology’s role as a competitive differentiator in commercial real estate is growing exponentially. Nik’s appointment unifies our portfolio of tools under CBRE Vantage and reinforces our market leading position in real estate technology.
