• In Q1 2019, the total Bangkok retail supply increased to 7.72 million square metres, growing by 1.68% Q-o-Q and 3.7% Y-o-Y, an additional 127,710 square metres of net lettable area from 8 new retail projects.
• The volume of occupied retail space was around 7.23 million square metres, increasing 3.75% Y-o-Y. The overall occupancy rate was 93.6%.
