Genesis Health Clubs bought the 56,954 sq. ft. building at 3125 Oak View Dr, formerly occupied by Dick’s Sporting Goods, for $3.6M in December 2019. They will relocate from their current 35,000 sq. ft. building at 4007 S 145 th Plz.
Village Pointe experienced an influx of restaurant activity, as 402 Eat + Drink announced it is moving in; Local Beer, Patio and Kitchen replaced Cheeseburger in Paradise; and Saltgrass Steakhouse took over the former Mimi’s Café.
