The Prague office market grew by 51,800 sq m in Q2 2019 and currently stands at 3.57 mln sq m of modern office space. Five new office buildings were delivered. The total amount of space under construction was about 317,800 sq m. Take up reached 50,600 sq m, which was 42% less than the previous quarter. Total leasing activity in Q2 2019 was 100,600 sq m. Renegotiations in Q2 2019 accounted for 49.7% of total leasing activity, followed by new leases (29.7%).Prime rents did not change compared to the previous quarter and stood between 22.00 and 22.50 €/sq m/month.
