• Over 100,000 sq m of new retail space was delivered in 2017.

•Currently there are approx. 150,000 sq m under construction in cities like Brasov, Bistrita, Targu Mures, Satu Mare, Craiova and Timisoara.

• In 2017 the total extensions’ volume was of 43,000 sq m, while by 2019 it is expected to reach 95,000 sq m out of which the Capital will account for more than 70%.  

• Bucharest prime shopping centre yield  down to 6.75%, while for the main regional cities it also decreased to 7.75% as of Q4 2017.
