The ongoing shift in working practices has impacted the role, configuration and appearance of the office, which has evolved from a standard and functional piece of hardware to a driver of corporate efficiency, productivity and profitability.
At the same time, talent attraction and retention are now playing a more prominent role in informing workplace design, with millennial workers increasingly seeking employment with companies that provide attractive and comfortable workplaces equipped with a wide range of amenities.

This report uses information gathered from interviews to identify current workplace trends in China and create a roadmap for workplace transformation.
