As Chief Operating Officer, Advisory Services, CBRE Hong Kong, Ada drives the firm’s growth and strategy while maximizing client potential and enhancing team performance across the business. She leads our advisory lines including Capital Markets, Leasing & Consulting, and Valuation & Advisory Services, with a sharp focus on strategy, financial outcomes, and a strong, inclusive culture.

Ada heads a multidisciplinary platform of over 300 real estate professionals who deliver strategic advice and seamless execution for both occupiers and investors. She champions market leading standards, ensures her teams have the capabilities and support to excel, and consistently pushes for innovative, client-centric solutions.

Recognized for building and scaling businesses, leading sales and operations teams, and forging trusted, long-term relationships with stakeholders and clients, Ada is regarded as a standout leader in the industry. Her core strengths span real estate business transformation, complex transactions, consulting, and landlord engagement, positioning her as a catalyst for sustainable growth and high-impact outcomes.

With over 24 years in the real estate industry, Ada has developed a deep market understanding and a broad network, having worked across multiple business segments and the full real estate value chain. Her work centers on delivering outstanding outcomes for clients while building high-performing teams that drive CBRE’s growth. In her previous role, she led Hong Kong Leasing & Consulting to a market-leading position by total revenue across all sectors, and from 2016 to 2020 she set up Greater China Sales Management and Pitch Management teams to enhance business efficiency and sales processes. She also served as Business Development Director for the Project Management team, gaining valuable insight into technical operations and multidisciplinary project delivery.

Industry Contributions

Ada currently serves as Chair of the Hong Kong RICS Board and is a member of the RICS APAC World Regional Board, where she focuses on strengthening government engagement and elevating professional standards across the region. Her strengths in strategic planning and her collaborative, execution-focused style make her a sought-after contributor to external professional bodies and working groups. A committed champion of community and people development, she received the RICS Woman of the Built Environment Award in 2024, regularly mentors’ university students, and frequently speaks at industry events and panels to inspire change and help shape the future of the real estate industry.
