Prior to joining the firm in April 2025, Adam was Head of Americas Real Estate, Head of Global Real Estate Credit and Head of the New York Office of Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC, as well as a member of GIC Real Estate’s Global Investment Committee. He expanded the private debt and equity businesses through a combination of control deals, operating companies, single-asset acquisitions, programmatic JVs, large JV portfolio acquisitions, securities investments, recapitalizations and fund investing. Adam has extensive investment experience in nearly every sector of the real estate industry, with real estate capital markets knowledge that spans the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Adam currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Store Capital and as a board member of Coresite and PREA. He also is a member of the Executive Committee of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at Wharton and the Columbia Business School Real Estate Forum.

Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master's in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
