Hadi brings over a decade of experience across facilities management, service operations, and engineering within both Indonesian and international markets. Prior to joining CBRE, he held senior leadership roles at Schindler, where he led national service sales, maintenance operations, and digital business transformation initiatives. His experience spans Australia and Indonesia, giving him a strong cross-market perspective and a deep understanding of operational excellence, asset reliability, and customer engagement.
Throughout his career, Hadi has demonstrated a strong track record in managing P&L responsibilities, scaling service operations, and delivering complex technical solutions.
