Jessica Lall serves as the Managing Director overseeing CBRE’s Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, Jessica is responsible for developing and implementing strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for leasing, sales, valuations, debt, and structured finance, and property management across all commercial real estate sectors for the Downtown Los Angeles market.

Drawing on her extensive background in public/private partnerships and executive leadership, Jessica also leads CBRE's civic engagement efforts. Through ongoing collaboration with community leaders, Jessica helps policymakers leverage CBRE’s resources and expertise to drive meaningful advancements on critical matters affecting Los Angeles, including housing, homelessness, and revitalization of neighborhoods.

Recognizing the profound impact of commercial real estate on community well-being, Jessica actively contributes to several organizations as a board member. She lends her expertise as Chair of the Capital Campaign for the Downtown Women's Center, dedicated to providing housing and essential services for women facing homelessness. Jessica also serves on the Santa Monica Educational Foundation Board and is the incoming president of the USC Board of Governors Alumni Association.

Prior to her role at CBRE, Jessica was the President and CEO of Central City Association (CCA) of Los Angeles, a premier advocacy organization focused on elevating the vibrancy of Downtown LA. Here, she represented over 300 large employers, small businesses, nonprofits, and trade associations in LA County with the mission of increasing economic opportunity in the region.

Earlier in her career, Jessica served as Executive Director of the South Park Business Improvement District (BID) in Downtown L.A., where she envisioned and implemented a nationally lauded public art initiative, launched innovative pilot programs, and elevated the neighborhood with a strategic branding and economic development plan. Jessica also served as the Senior Economic Development Advisor for Downtown Los Angeles under Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and was an appointed Commissioner on the Los Angeles Homelessness Services Authority.

Jessica ran for L.A. City Mayor in 2021, focusing her campaign on proactive solutions to homelessness. She lives in Marina del Rey with her husband and two daughters.
