Nicole McBride is a Senior Director in CBRE’s Americas Consulting Location Strategy practice based in Chicago. In her role, Nicole leads client engagements for Fortune 500 companies with a focus on labor analytics and site selection to develop uniquely sophisticated strategies that optimize talent, cost and organizational objectives while effectively reducing risk. Nicole has been an advisor on projects that span a variety of industries and asset classes, and also has extensive experience with other real estate advisory practices including portfolio optimization, workplace strategy and change management.
Throughout her career Nicole has developed an expertise in helping companies identify markets that are aligned with both their current and long-term organizational and growth objectives. She leverages an analytically rigorous approach to location strategy that incorporates both CBRE’s proprietary knowledge base of domestic and global labor market data as well as local market intelligence.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nicole spent five years as a Senior Consultant with Cushman and Wakefield’s Strategic Consulting group where she served clients in a variety of capacities related to corporate real estate strategy. Prior to Cushman and Wakefield, Nicole was an associate within RSM’s Management Consulting practice focused on developing transformative solutions by optimizing and automating business processes.
