Thomas Carr is an Associate Vice President with CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group. Mr. Carr’s primary focus is to advise Developers, REITs, Private Equity Firms, and corporate users regarding all facets of net-lease properties. Mr. Carr’s expertise stems from his significant experience in the disposition of single-tenant transactions, national net lease portfolios, and sale-leasebacks.

As a member of the NLPG, he is actively involved in executing the team’s disposition assignments, and he plays an active role in new business development for the team. Throughout his career, Mr. Carr has been actively involved in the execution of over 3,210 properties valued in excess of $28.7 billion.
