Rachel Gradner, Senior Associate in the Advisory Services Practice, is responsible for translating clients' business objectives into smart, executable real estate strategies. She is a member of the Location Incentives group and assists global clients with site selection, economic incentives negotiations, and overall incentive portfolio strategy across all industry verticals and project types. Recent project experience includes consulting services for manufacturing, food processing, technology, and financial services clients.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Rachel was a Senior Analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Strategic Consulting Group. There, she focused on global location advisory, portfolio optimization, business analytics, and overall real estate strategy for Global 500 Company, Zurich Insurance Group.
Prior to her role at Jones Lang LaSalle, Rachel served as an Assurance Associate at PwC. Her responsibilities included performing quarterly reviews, annual financial statement audits and detailed financial analysis over comparative periods of time for Fortune 500 companies in the utilities industry.
